Across borders. Beyond assumptions.
Local understanding.
International perspective.
From Nordic crypto projects to data-intensive systems in Central Europe, the common thread is infrastructure that needs to work in practice.
Based in Montenegro, Global IT works with international teams. Our project focus includes Norway and Finland for crypto infrastructure, and Germany and Austria for big data. We welcome inquiries worldwide, with delivery arrangements agreed around the needs of each engagement.

Crypto projects.
Grounded in systems thinking.
Distributed networks still depend on physical infrastructure: connectivity, storage, compute and the people operating them. Our Nordic crypto project focus brings those foundations into the conversation early.
The questions behind the architecture
How are nodes connected and monitored? How are operational keys managed? What happens during an upgrade or loss of connectivity? Where can a supposedly distributed system still depend on one service?
Relevant areas of review include node infrastructure, network resilience, data persistence, operational visibility and recovery planning.

A wider view of performance.
Large datasets place demands across the whole system. A storage bottleneck can leave compute idle; an overloaded network can turn a data pipeline into a queue. Our big data project focus in Germany and Austria considers those dependencies together.
Follow the data through the system
Start with ingestion, processing, retention and recovery. Examine throughput, parallel access and resource contention, then assess whether the architecture supports the workload as it grows.
Relevant areas of review include storage tiers, data movement, compute and interconnect balance, workload isolation and repeatable performance validation.

One shared technical brief.
Cross-border work benefits from explicit responsibilities, clear documentation and a realistic communication rhythm. We agree the working model around your team, access requirements and decision process.
Remote discovery and architecture review can be paired with separately agreed onsite work where needed. Before sensitive information is exchanged, we establish the appropriate confidentiality and access arrangements.
