1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service govern your use of globalit.digital and any software, SaaS or downloadable digital product that we supply under these terms. The supplier is Globalit DOO, Slovačka 19, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro; tax identification number (PIB): 03417492; VAT registration number (PDV): 30/31-26288-6.

Consulting, advisory and bespoke engineering engagements require a separate written agreement defining scope, deliverables, fees, acceptance and cancellation terms. Standalone human consulting services are not sold through Paddle. A mixed engagement must clearly distinguish any eligible digital product from separately contracted services.

2. Product information and orders

Before purchase, the applicable product description and checkout must identify the features, technical requirements, license or access period, price, currency, taxes and any recurring charges. Do not purchase if a material detail is unclear; contact us first. No purchase is created by submitting a contact inquiry.

You must have legal capacity to enter the purchase and, when acting for an organization, authority to bind it. Provide accurate contact and billing information. We will not replace an agreed product or price with materially different terms without your agreement.

3. Purchases through Paddle

Where checkout identifies Paddle as the seller, Paddle is the Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for that transaction. Paddle handles the payment, applicable transaction taxes, receipt and billing administration under its Buyer Terms. Globalit DOO supplies the product and product support. This does not mean Paddle has approved every service described on this website.

Paddle’s Buyer Terms govern the sale between you and Paddle. These terms govern our product and website relationship. Mandatory consumer protections and any more favorable express refund promise remain unaffected; these terms do not override Paddle’s obligations as seller.

4. Delivery and permitted use

The product description or order specifies how and when access, a license or a download is delivered. If access is missing or the product does not match the description, contact us promptly. Unless a product-specific license states otherwise, your purchase grants a non-exclusive right to use the product for the users and purposes stated in the order, without transferring ownership of our intellectual property.

Do not use the site or products unlawfully, distribute malware, infringe another person’s rights, bypass access controls or resell access without permission. Reverse engineering restrictions apply only to the extent allowed by law. Keep any credentials secure and make appropriate backups of data you control.

5. Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

If a product is a subscription, checkout must show the billing interval, renewal price or pricing basis, and any trial conditions before you agree. Subscriptions renew as disclosed until canceled. For Paddle purchases, use the customer portal or the billing-support link in your receipt to cancel future renewals. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Our Refund Policy provides a 14-calendar-day full-refund window for eligible digital-product payments, including subscription renewals. Cancellation and refund are separate requests. Statutory withdrawal, defect and other mandatory rights apply in addition to this promise.

6. Availability, changes and suspension

Product-specific support and availability commitments must be stated in the order; website descriptions alone do not create a service-level guarantee. We may carry out maintenance and security updates. We will not materially reduce a paid contractual entitlement without providing any notice, remedy or refund required by the contract or law.

Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address a serious security threat, unlawful use or a material contractual breach. We will give an explanation and opportunity to resolve the issue where practicable. Suspension does not remove any statutory or contractual refund right.

7. Responsibility and mandatory rights

We remain responsible for supplying products as agreed and for rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited. Business-specific liability allocations may be agreed in a separate written contract. Technical advisory content is not investment, legal or regulatory advice.

8. Privacy, complaints and governing law

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Contact us through the contact form for product support or a complaint, identifying the product and order where relevant. Paddle billing matters can also be raised directly with Paddle. Contacting us does not limit your right to approach a regulator, court or payment provider.

The relationship between you and Globalit DOO is governed by the laws of Montenegro, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to consumers in their country of residence. The transaction with Paddle is governed separately by its Buyer Terms. Updates apply prospectively; they do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
